About this build. Technician skills, job type skill lists and business units come from ServiceTitan settings through Peaka (saved queries "SKX techs", "SKX job types", "SKX business units", "SKX active tech skills"). Only active skills count; inactive skills still on a technician record are shown struck through and listed on the Not dispatchable tab. A job type is shown for a technician when they hold one of the skills listed on it; switch to "every listed skill" for a stricter match. Job types with no skill listed can go to anyone and are listed separately. Trade comes from the business unit. Data is pulled on open and every 15 minutes, and can be up to about 30 minutes behind ServiceTitan.
