Review rate counts 4★ and above only. A 1- or 2-star review does not reduce the rate — it simply doesn't count as a review earned. The "Below 4★" column shows those separately so nothing is hidden.
Sales calls are excluded. Jobs and reviews in the HVAC SALES, PLUMBING SALES and ELECTRICAL SALES business units are removed from both sides. A comfort adviser quoting a system is not running a service call.
How a job is credited. Each completed job goes to one tech — the one with the most appointments on it, from dispatch.appointment_assignments. The timesheet-hours alternative covers only 48% of jobs and would inflate every rate here.
Windows don't align perfectly. Jobs are counted by completion date, reviews by publish date. A review can land days after the job, so short-window rates are approximate.
Photos load from the Marketing Team SharePoint site and only appear for viewers signed in to SharePoint in the same browser. Techs without a headshot on file show initials — the current library dates from 2021 and is missing most of the people on these boards.
The drill-through panel shows a tech's entire trailing-12-month review history, including any sales-unit reviews. The boards exclude them. The panel is a record; the boards are the metric.
